Life is very up in the air right now. I'm a wreck but trying to keep focused. Don't know how much I'll be posting..things like this just don't make for good reading. And it's not like I'm getting any feedback here anyway. That's what this is all about...feedback....amazing how much we need it. And by we, I mean humanity.
Inspiration
Went to my ASL III class last night. The professor is wonderful. She is a deaf woman. Which means we sign all the time. I love it. I was disappointed last term because it seemed like we didn't sign much. This semester will be a challenge. My friends who were in my last class with me agree that we are a little behind the rest of the students so we stayed after and explained our situation. She understood that we didn't have much conversation time and told us that she will slow her sign down a little. Which is good because to me her hands were flyin! The first 15 minutes of the class I was feeling overwhelmed and by the end I was just inspired to learn more. To be able to communicate better using ASL. Should be a fun semester.
