Superbore XLI

I wish I had something to blog about but I don't really. Nothing really new. We kind of had the Superbowl on last night but wasn't really paying attention to it. We were "in game" (Vanguard) for most of the evening. I didn't even see any good commercials. All I did catch was the million CBS promos for shows that are mediocre at best. *shrug*

School is going good. Lots of re-training of brain. We are now starting the process of Phonemic Shadowing. Basically someone says something and we immediately say or sign it depending on the exercise. My brain is usually mush by the end of class.

Game, well...Vanguard: Saga of Heroes is turning out to be very addictive. Jerry and I have been "leveling" all weekend. One of the quests we had to gather these "People" and eventually our quest giver would have "us" throw the bodies into the river. Was very funny that the game developers even had "our" characters animate tossing a body over the edge of a bridge. Ok..I know..geek overload..but it was great...really...

    I, too, thought the Super Bowl was a bit on the boring side. Heck, I even missed the entire halftime show, as I was surfing on the computer!

    Glad you two got some gaming in over the weekend. :)

I am a HUGE fan of the new Battlestar Galatica (BSG). Sad to hear that they are coming to an end next year. Does it mean they get to Earth? Are the Cylons defeated? Or do they find a peaceful way to co-exist with the Cylons? OR...are they going to leave it in cliff hangers for future movies? Thank goodness for DVD's so that I can always get my BSG fix!

Hi-Tech Bed

So our Select Comfort Bed arrived today. So far so good. Although I think we are losing air (it's not staying at 100 after I fill). Not sure though. Tonight will be the real test. I think my sleep number is 35. When trying it out both in the store and at home that is where I'm not feeling any pressure on my hips or shoulders. Jerry thinks his number is around there too. I'm really hoping this will help with Jerry's back, shoulder, neck pains. He is so much better but he occasionally gets flare ups. No fun Oh yea...and the controller is Wireless. We can be gadget whores in our sleep too!
